ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry. Demonstrated experience problem solving organizing and prioritizing work. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience. One (1) or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment. Experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent customer service skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion including frequent brisk walking climbing stairs stooping bending stretching reaching pushing kneeling squatting crouching and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties involve working in a small confined area used to prepare food with floors that may become slippery in the process. Essential duties require lifting up to 50 pounds to stack store or move kitchen restaurant or general office supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve a flexible workweek with additional hours occasionally required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$18.00 hour based on experience plus gratuities (service charge tips) per order.
