Job Description
- Manage Young Adult calendar and reserve rooms for weekly gatherings and events
- Oversee ordering and setup of food for weekly gatherings
- Order and manage weekly supplies such as plates drinks Bibles journals etc.
- Provide administrative and project support for key Young Adult initiatives
- Assist with onboarding of new Young Adult volunteers
- Track weekly attendance and support followup systems
- Assist with monthly young adult leadership team meeting
- Assist with coordination and logistics for the Monthly Young Adult Leadership Meeting
- Help coordinate and support Staff Gathers and Prayer Times
- Assist in planning and executing All Staff Meetings and staff wide communication.
- Provide support for Staff Trainings including setup materials and logistics
- Provide administrative support for the Culture Workgroup including execution of culture initiatives to care well for the Staff Team
- Provide administrative support for Teaching Pastor including calendar room reservations expense reports etc

- Highly familiar with Apple operating system and quick learner of other software platforms
- College degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
