Family Preservation Technician

Key Responsibilities: As a Family Preservation Technician your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance guidance and support to families with open Informal Adjustment or InHome CHINS cases.
• Advocating for families to ensure they receive the appropriate resources and services.
• Teaching and demonstrating new essential skills to parents and caregivers.
• Monitoring family progress and making necessary adjustments to the intervention plan.
• Acting as a role model to inspire positive change within the family unit.

7. Cultural Competency: Sensitivity and awareness of diverse family dynamics and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Certificate or Professional License: N/A
• Experience: Prefer 2 years experience working with families
• Valid drivers license and active liability insurance.
• Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
