Job Description
Hilton Orlando is looking for their next Host/Hostess to join the Food and Beverage Team in FastBreak their Sports Bar. Hilton Orlando is a vibrant hotel in the heart of Orlandos International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway.
The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service ideally as a host/hostess and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.
Shift Pattern: PM shifts starting as early as 2PM and ending as late as 11PM weekends and Holidays availability required.
Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Deliver In Room Dining food orders to guestrooms as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Assist others with side work including but not limited to cleaning stocking folding silverware etc.
- Ensure knowledge of menu
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
