What Youll Do
Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck the customers and the game planyou take ownership and deliver outstanding results:
Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization weed control and aeration
Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services
Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally
Deliver a friendly informed and helpful customer experience
Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on nontreatment daysoffering free quotes and supporting business growth
Work outdoors in various weather conditions lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 810 hour shifts
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Candidates must meet background check requirements
Strong communication skills and a customerfirst attitude
Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
Willingness to learnwell provide the training
Reliable professional and safetyfocused
