Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a FullTime Staff Development Coordinator who will lead staff training and orientation support clinical administration ensure regulatory compliance and foster ongoing education to promote highquality senior care. Our ideal candidate will have a high energy level excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Range: $80000 to $100000 per year.
Location: 605 Minnetonka Mills Road Hopkins MN 55343
Staff Development Coordinator responsibilities:
- Plan develop implement and monitor orientation and education/ inservices.
- Build relationships with recruiting sources and educational communities.
- Support all administrative nurse roles.
- Audit and track for quality improvement.
- Complete competency based training for all licensed and nonlicensed employees.
- Present training information to DON and Administrator.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Staff Development Coordinator skills and requirements:
- Current Minnesota RN license required.
- Ability to communicate with staff.
- Must be familiar with senior care and our education regulatory needs.
- Computer knowledge in web based systems a must.
