New Grad RN Residency
$10000 Signon Bonus
Are you a registered nurse graduate seeking a dynamic and enriching RN residency program Jefferson Healthcare is committed to providing an exceptional and comprehensive transitiontopractice experience for registered nurse graduates. Our RN Residency Program is a 12month program that includes clinical experiences with didactic education simulations and individualized support from experienced nurse educators. This support will prepare and nurture novice nurses to provide excellent care to our communitys patients.

What can you expect
- 1216 weeks of orientation under 1:1 direct supervision of a trained preceptor
- Ongoing regular support and followup from nurse educators for the first 12 months
- Smaller cohort sizes for more individualized support
- Shadowing experiences throughout the organization
- Opportunity to crosstrain to other departments.

What youll need:
- WA State RN license in good standing
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire depending on the department.
- NIHSS certification is required within 6 months of hire depending on the department.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Schedule: 0.9 FTE; 36 hours/week; Night Shift; 7:00 pm7:30 am
