As a Sr. Manager with Roundel you will be an integral part of defining the product future while leading the present by identifying developing and managing critical core capabilities within the Roundel ad product portfolio.
Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product technology discovery and design work.
As a Senior Product Manager O&O Tech Platform Integrations and InStore Ad Tech you will be responsible for leading the technical integration of advertising capabilities into display and sponsored product backend platforms. This role will also lead the strategy and execution of our instore advertising capabilities to bridge the gap from our digital to physical instore advertising. O&O digital ad products provide a positive and relevant target guest experience that includes ads on our website target app and digital screens in our stores. Critical elements of your role will be to work closely with PMs leading these growth businesses and partner with internal product & technology teams regarding key integration efforts. This role will act as a technical integration specialized for critical display and sponsored ad products in addition to leading the strategy and growth efforts for our broader instore experience. You will be a thought leader in helping to shape our growing capabilities to deliver meaningful advertising experiences instore. The instore ad experience will be inclusive of display sponsored product and high impact video. You will develop and lead the functional execution of the roadmap for your area.
As a Senior Product Manager you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:
Fouryear degree or equivalent experience
6 years of product management in advertising technologies and hands on integration experience.
Passion for leading advertising capabilities and digital user experiences
Demonstrated effective relationship building and influencing skills within a highly matrixed environment
Detail oriented with outstanding communication skills to influence change
Ability to manage multiple threads of product development with a broad group of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to consume inputs consider options and articulate solutions in simple terms
Experience in identifying and monitoring appropriate metrics to achieve desired outcomes
Experience in an agile environment (e.g. user stories iterative development scrum teams sprints personas)
