A Morfee Elementary School 1.0 FTE Gr.2/3 Continuing Contract Teacher is required by School District No. 57 (Prince George) effective September 1 2025. Applicants with assessment and traumainformed practice experience are preferred. Those with the necessary qualifications and strong references will be given preference. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals including Indigenous Black people of colour all genders 2SLGBTQ and persons with disabilities.

About School District 57
School District No.57 resides on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli Tenneh First Nations McLeod Lake Indian Band and the Simpcw First Nations.
Geographically we expand from Mackenzie through Prince George to McBride and Valemount. We serve 41 schools: 32 Elementary schools 8 Secondary schools and 1 District Learning Support center for alternative and alternate learning opportunities.
We provide educational programs for approximately 15000 students inclusive of early learning after school art and sports programing trades programs and dual credit programs with our local postsecondary schools.
We support Lheidli Tenneh students McLeod Lake students and Takla students living on reserve through our Local Education Agreements. With each Nation we coconstruct the educational services provided to the students while attending a school within our school district.
