Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in supporting construction project administration work for multiple client accounts and project managers in our Toledo Ohio office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a selfmotivated individual to join our team locally in the office with support from one of the bestqualified consulting firms in the country. In this position you will work on projectspecific work such as: tracking construction project progress preparing reports regarding contracts for management use arranging meetings monitoring schedules tracking project budgets and preparing and distributing routine projectrelated correspondence for multiple project teams simultaneously.

Role accountabilities:

  • Assist Project Teams with various nontechnical and technical deliverables throughout the project design and construction phases including:
    • Coordination with the design team for distribution and tracking of construction related questions and submittals especially requests for information (RFIs) and shop drawing submittals.
    • Management of document controls during the project construction phase including management of the projectspecific online information management system.
    • Review production and delivery of meeting notes summary reports presentations and other deliverables.
    • Development and monitoring of tracking logs for various design and construction related processes.
    • Formatting technical reports and design specifications.
  • Assist Project Managers with invoice preparation and development of backup materials.
  • Regular use of Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Professional Suite and other technical platforms to aid in:
    • Preparing formatting and assemblingof deliverables.
    • Uploading deliverables to client sites.
    • Development and maintenance of electronic project team SharePoint sites.
  • Regular interaction and communicationwith internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and manage multiple/simultaneous deadlines.
  • Perform file management and various other document controls related duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of related experience

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous technical/administrative experience in a fastpaced setting with strong computer skills and a high level of competence in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to pursue continual innovative improvements in processes.
  • Demonstrate productivityeffectiveness and excellent communication (both written and verbal) while working both independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills with the ability to work under time constraints and prioritize/ plan work while working on multiple tasks for several projects/ managers simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with clients and individuals at all levels of the company

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
