Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure and refill restroom dispensers.
- Clean dust and wipe furniture.
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
- Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers.
- Utilize insecticides to prevent infestation of pests.
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed and follow hazmat regulations.
- Report major damages.
- Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings conferences events etc.
- Assist with the uniform distribution and returns.
- Order First Aid materials and ensure that First Aid kits are stocked.
- Handle recycling materials.
- Safely operate equipment.
- Minor building maintenance and repairs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a changing environment.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Positive personality / Team player.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Experience with Simply Accounting.
