Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Services Administrator

Location: Arlington TX

Job Type: FullTime

Shift: MondayFriday with occasional Saturdays for event purposes

Industry: Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing

Hiring Status: Hiring Immediately

Were currently seeking a dynamic HR Services Administrator to join our Human Resources team and support the full scope of HR operations to ensure a smooth and compliant work environment for all employees.

Position Summary:

The HR Services Administrator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures maintaining accurate employee records and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee needs. This role requires a detailoriented and serviceminded professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline HR support to employees and supervisors regarding policies procedures and general HR inquiries.
  • Manage HR documentation including onboarding benefits enrollment personnel files and employment verifications.
  • Process employee changes in HRIS systems (hires terminations promotions transfers etc.).
  • Track attendance and support enforcement of the attendance and discipline policy.
  • Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Support new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings employee engagement events and other HR initiatives.
  • Assist with investigations audits and reporting as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 13 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
