Job Description
Responsibilities(include but are not limited to)
- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove mill scale from steel plate and assemblies
- Adjust equipment as necessary to perform efficient and proper blasting
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures for blast and recovery systems
- Operate plasma & oxy fuel cutting table
- Assist with loading and unloading cut table
- Label and sort cut parts
- Help with staging of steel plate for upcoming programs
- Process & unload steel deliveries
- Organize and label steel plate in the storage yard
- Clean cutting table trays
- Actively maintain a clean & safe work area
Required Skills
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- The ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team player detail oriented flexible and able to work with minimal supervision

Physical demands:
- Able to bend stoop squat and twist
- Able to be on feet continuously for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate however can be severe and caution shall be executed with the use of PPE as required.
