You support roll out and maintenance of Perfect Store and deployment of Shopper Activations so Mondelz can grow topline sales while delivering stunning visibility instore with consistent bestinclass visibility solutions.
How you will contribute:
You will:
- lead end to end delivery of POS materials supporting Perfect Store principles and Shopper Activations (incl. Xmas/Easter) from design to readiness to implementation on store level
- Support Perfect Store Program roll out communication with field force & with 3rd party agencies/producers
- Support Shopper Activations agenda execution of shopper activations instore for superior visibility
- monitoring of internal Perfect Store KPIs & agency KPIs tracking for continuous improvement of processes
- use Mondelz harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects
- manage all activities in line with timings and budgets agreed administration of budget.
What you will bring:

- previous experience in a similar position (POS design Trade Marketing function)
- FMCG category knowledge a distinct advantage

- English & Polish language skills.
