Job Description
Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Roofing Superintendent to support our Victoria Branch located in Saanichton BC (Office Location 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent #1 Saanichton BC V8M 1Z9) reporting to the Branch Manager.
A Day In The Life
- Schedule & manage crews on site
- Assist in the hiring and separation of field employees
- Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan
- Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery
- Coach & mentor crews
- Responsible for productivity expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project
