What Youll Be Doing
The Credit Risk Policy & Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing credit risk policies and governance documents for the organization. They would ensure credit governance documents align with the banks risk appetite and regulatory requirements and would collaborate with various stakeholders to implement best practices in credit risk management ensuring that policies are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the market and regulatory environment.

Relationship management Partner with internal line of business stakeholders Regional Management Finance Compliance Legal and Technology

You have a degree/diploma in finance communications or a related field. Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial services or related work experience preferable with experience in credit risk management policy development or governance roles.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $90000 $115000 for the market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
