CSDS is recruiting for a Bench Service Technician to fill an opportunity in Sacramento CA.
As a Service Technician you will repair and maintain Trimble Nikon Spectra Precision and other precision surveying engineering and construction measuring tools.
In this role you will...
Complete repairs of customers equipment within established repair times
Read understand and follow repair instructions service guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing the precision products that we sell support and service.
Attend service training in both formal classroom and onthejob bench training environments.
Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction.
Attendance (Reliable)
Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs.
Obtain and maintain a less than 1.5% product repair return rate.
Achieve established productivity matrices.
About you...
2 years technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
High School Graduate
Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
Capable of working with limited supervision
Strong computer skills.
