Responsibilities
Assisting service department technicians with parts requests.
Assisting retail customers with parts requests.
Assisting wholesale customers with parts requests.
Assisting dealership sales department with parts and accessory requests.
Ability to help withshipping/receiving warranty returns and parts claim returns.
Qualifications
2 years of Ford parts experience preferred.
High school diploma/equivalent.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive friendly attitude.
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Must be a team player.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
CDK computer system experiencea plus.
Snapon parts catalog experience a plus.
