Marion County Adult Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced behavioral health RN to provide direct nursing care to adults diagnosed with serious mental illnesses some of whom have cooccurring substance use disorders. Duties include completing nursing assessments taking vitals administering injections providing support to our team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners and coordinating care and medications for individuals in service. Other duties include overseeing Behavioral Health Nurses and assigning daily duties to other staff. You will be working directly under the Nurse Program Manager and overseeing daily operations of the outpatient clinic working closely with the medical team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate detailoriented reliable and enjoy working with a team.

PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS
Marion County is a qualifying public employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program fulltime employees working at the County may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan.
