We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a MidSenior level Lead Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing customer inquiries and orders. You must be able to work independently think critically and take initiative to provide solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
This is an onsite position located in Wendell NC.
