DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
- Formulate and implement plans that target both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to explore new opportunities assess customer demands and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners to present the companys offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Initiate and manage client onboarding processes for relevant services or accounts.
- Provide client support and training on the use of relevant platforms or software tools.
- Share general insights on market trends and developments while refraining from offering personalized advice.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards for client engagement and professional communication.
- Follow regulatory and internal compliance procedures related to client documentation and account management.
- Build strategic partnerships and promote collaboration with market intermediaries and affiliates.
- Organize educational or promotional events such as webinars and seminars in coordination with partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development preferably within the financial services or related sector.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and industry practices.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and trading platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and followup capabilities.
- Keen interest in market dynamics and financial trends.
- Effective reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data and industry news.
