As a Trainer for our Portuguesespeaking online casino teams you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions across a variety of gaming and technical subjects. You will collaborate closely with managers operations and HR to ensure all team members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional player experiences while maintaining compliance and best practices. In this influential role you will contribute to both individual and company success by fostering a culture of continuous development and learning excellence.
Position: Trainer
Location: Bogota Colombia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and update training materials and program structures ensuring thorough understanding of procedures and tasks.
- Create performance improvement plans and set measurable KPIs to improve the quality and effectiveness of training.
- Provide training on specific procedures and controls fostering an environment conducive to high performance and professional growth.
- Inspire and motivate trainees offering constructive feedback to both individuals and management to promote continuous development.
- Develop and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees working with team leaders to address specific training needs.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training requirements and ensure that programs meet both individual and team needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Portuguese (C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English (B1/B2).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- A strong desire to learn grow and maintain a positive attitude.
- Patience and a passion for coaching with a commitment to motivating and developing others.
- Prior experience in iGaming or casinorelated environments is a plus.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for similar roles.
- Relevant professional certifications or training in operations or instructional design.
