Job Description
Senior Video Producer / Editor (Remote LatAm Preferred)
FullTime Remote Working Hours: PST (Pacific Standard Time)
We re looking for a Senior Video Producer & Editor to join our fastpaced creative team. This is a seniorlevel role ideal for someone with exceptional editing skills a strong sense of visual storytelling and the ambition to grow into a producer role managing a team of editors.
You ll be working on a high volume of shortform video content across multiple brands such as WrenchPay BetterMoney and others. This includes direct response video ads and fastpaced educational shortform videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the endtoend video production and editing process from raw footage to final export

Edit highquality engaging shortform videos with motion graphics captions and effects
-
Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across multiple projects

Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to align on goals and style

Manage tight turnaround times and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Over time step into a producer role delegating tasks and managing a team of junior editors
Requirements:

5 years of handson video editing experience with shortform content

Strong portfolio with direct response and educational content

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and other editing tools

Proven motion graphics experience (custom animations kinetic typography etc.

Deep understanding of what performs well on platforms like TikTok YouTube Shorts and Instagram

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working PST hours (ideal if based in Latin America
Nice to Have:

Experience managing a team or scaling a content production pipeline

Familiarity with performancedriven creative strategies (hook CTA pacing)

Knowledge of YouTube and paid media ad formats
