Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES

Position : INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Mountain or Central Time
Pay Range : USD 1000/month plus USD 100USD per deal closed
Holidays observed: New Year s Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanks Giving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Client recruitment process: possibly multiple interviews and an assessment

Client Overview: Talent Search Staffing and Recruiting Workforce Management and HR Administration solutions


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions. Utilize various resources including databases social media and industryspecific platforms.
  • Outreach and Prospecting: Initiate cold contact with decisionmakers and hiring managers through phone calls emails and other communication channels to introduce our staffing services and gauge their staffing requirements.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up appointments for our staffing consultants to meet with key decisionmakers and present our staffing solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential clients based on predetermined criteria to ensure they have staffing needs that match our services and want to speak with a staffing professional.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update lead interactions and appointment schedules using our CRM system to ensure accurate and organized data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the staffing sales team to generate quality leads and align appointment setting strategies with overall sales goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Followup: Engage in regular followup communication with prospects to nurture relationships address any questions or concerns and convert potential clients into scheduled appointments.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments set and the conversion rate of leads to appointments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends market demands and competitor activities to effectively position our staffing solutions and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback actively participate in training sessions and adopt best practices to enhance appointment setting techniques and achieve higher success rates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the staffing industry or a related field with a deep experience in conducting cold calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey value effectively.
  • Indepth knowledge of the staffing industry including an understanding of job roles hiring practices and workforce challenges.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and appointment tracking.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and changing client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
