Job Description
The Nidecker Group a global leader in snow and action sports is expanding following recent strategic acquisitions.
We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Supply & Demand Planner to join our North American operations team to assist with forecasting and supply planning. This role requires strong collaboration skills working closely with sales and production teams to align supply with business needs.
Tasks
- Collect and consolidate customer demand and forecasts.
- Create demand plans to meet turnover targets.
- Ensure timely followups with production teams to guarantee ontime fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate demand planning records and reports.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in preparing reports on demand trends inventory status and supply chain performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Work with the sustainability team to support ecofriendly material planning initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years in demand planning supply chain management or a related field ideally within the footwear apparel or sporting goods industries.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
