About
Youll be part of our Quality Assurance team working closely with our Publisher Management (PuMa) department to ensure the technical accuracy and quality of publisher integrations. Your focus will be on validating implementations before golive supporting partners and internal teams with troubleshooting and maintaining clear and actionable technical documentation. This role combines independent testing coordination across teams and active involvement in keeping our integration ecosystem robust and scalable.
Your mission
- Test new publisher integrations based on contractual and technical requirements.
- Provide structured test reports with clear pass/fail criteria and guidance on required fixes.
- Act as a contact point for publisher tech teams and internal PuMa stakeholders helping clarify requirements troubleshoot integration issues and guide next steps.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams behind our publisherfacing components (e.g. SDKs widget) to align on expected behavior and known issues
- Maintain and improve our technical documentation including walkthroughs FAQs code snippets and short videos
- Interpret browser network traffic tracking payloads and frontend logic to identify and analyze integration errors.
- Communicate clearly and proactively: status updates blockers and test results should be traceable without requiring followups.
- Prioritize work based on partner importance revenue potential integration deadlines and customer campaign impact jointly agreed with the PuMa team.
- Support other QA projects as needed contributing to the broader QA function across the company.
This is what you bring along
- Strong technical understanding of how web integrations work: DOM structure JavaScript browser dev tools and interpreting network requests (e.g. tracking pixels API responses).
- Handson experience with manual functional testing in a webbased environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman browser consoles SQL query viewers and reporting dashboards.
- Able to troubleshoot tracking issues and identify data inconsistencies across systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially when translating technical findings to business stakeholders or external partners.
- Proactive and selfdirected you work independently track your own progress and drive tasks to completion even in complex ambiguous setups.
- Willing and able to follow structured processes and continuously improve how they are applied.
- Enthusiastic about documentation and information quality you believe that better docs mean fewer misunderstandings and smoother integrations.
- Prior experience in partner onboarding ad tech SDK implementation or data validation is a plus.
- Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages (e.g. German Italian Bulgarian) are a plus.
