We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. This hybrid role combines the strategic aspects of growth marketing with the technical expertise of AI applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AIdriven marketing strategies capable of integrating AI tools into marketing campaigns and developing automations to optimize performane.
Tasks
AI Tool Exploration & Experimentation: Research test and implement AI tools to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience.
Omnichannel Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams to develop and execute growth strategies that align with business objectives.
Campaign Performance Management: Oversee the technical aspects of campaign performance including setup monitoring and optimization.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics SQL Python).
Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Good to Have: A foundational understanding of coding and software development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with technical teams.
