An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Estates team of a 45 acre site operating primarily within the maintenance and logistics function. The role is key to supporting the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse site that includes listed buildings residential units educational facilities offices and medical centres.
Salary:DOE
Hours: 37 hours per week 8am 4pm / 9am 5pm rota basis
Location: Lingfield

The Role:
The Maintenance Technician will work both independently and collaboratively taking responsibility for daytoday maintenance tasks compliance reporting and pool plant operations. The role also involves liaising with contractors and ensuring that all work is carried out to high standards with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance. This is a varied and handson role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining the integrity and functionality of a complex estate.

About You:
The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations including COSHH Risk Assessments and Method Statements as well as experience in reactive planned and improvement works within a customerfocused environment. However for the right person with the right mindset and some working experience in a similar setting there is some flexibility on the gained knowledge needed.
