Tasks
Were looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Software Engineer Backend who is passionate about building robust scalable systems and driving the architecture behind our AIpowered video translation platform. You will:
- Propose and implement new features capabilities algorithms infrastructure improvements for our video translation platform
- Engage proactively with multiple teams to identify and address overlooked opportunities
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
- Design suggest and implement data structure enhancements
- Consistently produce clean efficient and maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail

Your Experience:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in backend programming languages ideally Golang
- Expertise in API protocols with a particular focus on gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Proficient in systems design and data structure optimization
- Solid understanding of Unixbased systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages especially Bash and Python
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and traffic management
- Experience building largescale scalable distributed systems in cloudnative environments (Google Cloud AWS Azure)
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. SOLID clean / hexagonal eventdrivenarchitecture
- Load balancing caching strategies (e.g. Redis CDN) and message queues (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ)
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Proficiency with infrastructureascode tools particularly Terraform
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and schema migrations
