Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Team with a strong focus on building KPIdriven dashboards and delivering strategic insights using advanced data analytics and AIpowered tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data technology and business strategy.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to define measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain intuitive interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets from various sources to deliver insights trends and forecasts that drive strategic action.
- Leverage AI and machine learning (ML) models to support predictive analytics such as risk forecasting and ROI estimation.
- Conduct scenario modeling and impact assessments to support strategic portfolio planning.
- Continuously improve and maintain scalable data systems and dashboard solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics preferably within a portfolio or program management setting.
- Proficient in SQL Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in building KPI frameworks and translating data into businessfocused dashboards.
- Knowledge of AI/ML principles such as regression classification and clustering.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Machine Learning AutoML or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience or understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with project or portfolio management tools (e.g. MS Project).
- Exposure to Agile work environments.
- A proactive selfmotivated mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
