Are you ready to be part of a dynamic international IT team that delivers innovation at scale Our client in the motor industry is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Shopfloor domain team within the Production Visualization space. This exciting role supports the global rollout of cuttingedge IT solutions focused on production monitoring and smart manufacturing systems.
What You ll Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer you ll work on global deployments and DevOps initiatives that enhance transparency and performance in automotive production systems. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Incident Change and Problem Management processes
Setting up and maintaining CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
Deploying and configuring Kubernetes clusters via Helm
Ensuring robust monitoring with Grafana Prometheus and Loki
Assisting in global rollout projects and migration of legacy systems
Participating in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Planning Reviews etc.)
Collaborating with a distributed team and engaging stakeholders
Requirements
Essential Skills:
Kubernetes (Helmbased deployment & configuration)
CI/CD and pipeline automation (e.g. GitHub Actions)
GitOps tools (e.g. ArgoCD)
Cloud platforms (Azure AWS etc.)
Monitoring tools (Grafana Prometheus Loki)
Git (branching and version control strategies)
Linux and scripting (e.g. Bash)
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change)
Understanding of Ops Design Patterns and DataDriven Architecture
Advantageous Skills:
Kafka
Agile tools: Confluence / Jira
Agile Working Model (AWM) familiarity
Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience conducting user research even across language barriers
Qualifications & Experience
A relevant IT Degree Diploma or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps roles
Proven experience in cloudnative environments and largescale deployments
Kubernetes, GitOps, ArgoCD, ITIL Operation processes, public cloud providers, Grafana
