Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Market and Distributor Management:
Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales targets market coverage and market share.
Supervise and ensure the Distributor complies with the signed agreement and company management standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate order planning with the Distributor.
Ensure the sales system is maintained and used effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned market.
Implement all promotional and merchandising programs in accordance with company guidelines to meet set objectives.
Sales Team Management (Salesmen):
Responsible for recruiting training performance management and monitoring adherence to company regulations by sales staff.
Prepare a weekly market visit schedule and conduct regular field visits to supervise market activities customer engagement and provide onthejob training to sales staff.
Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets maintain the right product mix and ensure proper merchandising.
Check the execution of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) and the implementation of promotional campaigns.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Economics Commerce or other related fields.
At least 2 3 years of experience in sales management/supervision preferably in the traditional trade channel within the FMCG industry.
Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent teamwork abilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop team members.
