Collaborate with site and corporate leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR leadership and daytoday support to the Utah regional business office (UTbased role only).
Lead recruitment efforts: partner with talent acquisition for exempt roles and manage all hourly hiring.
Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Handle employee relations matters including investigations and corrective actions in coordination with legal.
Promote employee engagement retention and leadership development.
Manage compensation programs including job analysis job descriptions and salary administration.
Use data analytics to inform decisions related to hiring retention and workforce planning.
Assess and implement training and development initiatives to meet business needs.
Contribute to crosssite HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Drive the performance management and succession planning process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws regulations and company policies.

Education
BS degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
