- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (San Diego CA) Includes a 30minute unpaid lunch break and two 15minute paid breaks
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (San Diego CA)Includes a 60minute unpaid lunch break and one 15minute paid break
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

As a Client Support Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our clients guiding them through their journey addressing their needs with care and ensuring they have a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- ClientFacing Role Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Conduct Welcome and Intro Calls to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program.
- Assess client needs and offer accurate empathetic and helpful support.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls emails texts and voicemails.
- Follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure clients stay engaged and on track.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and targets.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills articulate professional and clear.
- Strong active listening abilities understand client concerns and respond effectively.
- Basic math proficiency for handling simple calculations when needed.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills prioritize tasks efficiently.

Technical Requirements (Laptop or Desktop):
- Windows 10 or later: Minimum Intel i5 (6th Gen) / AMD Ryzen 5
- Recommended: 16GB RAM (minimum 8GB)
- Two monitors (or a second monitor attached to a laptop)
- PC camera for video calls
- Wired PC headset for secure communication
