This is a remote position.

Role Name: Appointment Setting Specialist

Schedule:

  • Parttime (24 hours/week TuesdayThursday) 9am to 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid break

Job Description

As an Appointment Setting Specialist you ll play a pivotal role in connecting innovative startups with transformative business solutions. Working remotely with cuttingedge technology tools you ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients in the exciting IT and cybersecurity sector. This position offers performancebased incentives and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding consulting practice. You ll be instrumental in helping startups access expert guidance for their growth journey while developing your skills in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to connect with decisionmakers in technology startups
  • Qualify prospects and schedule highvalue consultation sessions with senior leadership
  • Utilize advanced calling technology to optimize outreach efficiency
  • Maintain detailed prospect interaction records and activity logs
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the appointment setting process

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Understanding of technology industry trends and business concepts
  • Previous experience in B2B appointment setting or technology sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable highspeed internet connection
  • Dedicated quiet workspace for professional calls
  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools preferred
