We re looking for a highly organized and creative individual to serve as both a Personal Assistant and Content Creator. This role requires someone who can manage daily administrative tasks and also create engaging content for social media and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant:
Manage calendars schedule meetings and handle reminders.
Organize travel plans appointments and errands.
Handle emails phone calls and daytoday communication.
Maintain records files and contact lists.
Support in personal and businessrelated tasks.
As a Content Creator:
Create social media content (posts captions reels etc.) that aligns with the
brand.
Assist in planning and executing content strategies.
Manage social media pages (Instagram Facebook TikTok etc.)
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms and content tools (e.g. Canva
Instagram CapCut).
Good writing and editing skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Trustworthy proactive and techsavvy.
Nice to Have:
Basic photography or video editing skills.
Knowledge of social media trends.
Prior experience in admin or content creation roles.
