In this role you will be the captain. You will ensure every program stays on course. You will guide the teams assign tasks and make sure everyone is aligned with the goals.
You will coordinate with stakeholders to keep communication smooth. You will ensure the program stays on track and goals are met.
Your leadership will ensure that the programs succeed. Without you these programs could lose direction.

What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning and Direction: Develop and implement clear strategies for each program ensuring the program s objectives are met on time.
- Lead Teams Involved in Programs: Guide and oversee various teams working on a program ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Delegate Responsibilities: Identify key tasks for program success and delegate them to the right teams ensuring responsibilities are clear and timelines are set.
- Monitor Program Progress: Track the performance of tasks and the overall program. Keep teams focused on milestones and make adjustments when needed.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Facilitate communication between internal & external teams volunteers and beneficiaries to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Overall Operations: Ensure to achieve goals of a program by planning initiating and monitoring all operations of a program.
- Travel when needed: Travel to different cities or regions as needed to engage in outreach activities including meeting partners and stakeholders.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes. Gather feedback to improve future programs.
- Ensure Program Closure: Ensure proper program closure by capturing feedback documenting outcomes and reflecting on lessons learned for future programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in how we run our programs and implement changes to streamline processes.
Requirements

Education: Any graduate degree
Experience: 5 years experience
