Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller Executive to join our team in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls promoting IVD products (such as diagnostic instruments reagents and consumables) and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical or laboratory products.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients including pathologists lab technicians purchase managers and hospital procurement heads.

Handle inbound product inquiries and follow up with potential leads.

Explain product features specifications pricing and promotions clearly and persuasively.

Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database with call logs and client details.

Share quotations catalogues and coordinate product demos or trials if needed.

Collaborate with field sales and technical teams to close deals.

Handle postsales followup for feedback reorders and relationship building.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

Stay updated on the latest IVD products market trends and competitor activity.



Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate in Science Biotechnology Microbiology or related field preferred.

1 3 years of experience in telesales preferably in the medical/diagnostic/healthcare industry.

Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.

Basic knowledge of IVD products and laboratory processes are desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Selfmotivated targetdriven and good in negotiation.

Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
