Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented ECommerce Executive to join our team in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online sales channels including account management product listing analytics sales strategy and customer engagement. This role demands a strong understanding of the garment ecommerce landscape platforms like Myntra Amazon Flipkart and the ability to drive online growth effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Product & Inventory Management:
Manage endtoend product listings including descriptions images specifications and categorization.
Ensure accurate inventory levels across all ecommerce platforms.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for timely uploads and product availability.
Sales & Account Management:
Handle daily operations of multiple ecommerce accounts (Amazon Flipkart Myntra Nykaa etc.).
Monitor product performance and execute price updates offers and promotions.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new product launches and platformspecific strategies.
Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries manage orderrelated issues and process returns/refunds.
Work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through timely communication and service excellence.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics including traffic conversion rates and sales.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve business performance.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and marketplace dashboards for datadriven decisionmaking.
Team & Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams including sales design production and dispatch for smooth workflow.
Support team in achieving sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain daily reporting and assist in planning digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management preferably in fashion/apparel retail.
Proficiency with platforms like Shopify Unicommerce Amazon Flipkart Myntra and Nykaa.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customercentric approach.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of garment lifecycle and seasonal planning.
Familiarity with cataloging standards for fashion and apparel.
Experience with online promotions and fashion campaign coordination.
