Job Description
The ideal candidates should have a strong background in flight and car rental bookings along with excellent communication skills (B2/C1 level English).

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and requests from the customer and help them with the flight and
car rental bookings & PNR Updating.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound travel queries related to flight and car rentals.
Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking reissuance and cancellations.
Provide endtoend travel assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ensure accuracy in bookings and adhere to process and compliance standards.
Maintain service levels in a rotational shift setup.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY
Minimum 2 years of experience using Amadeus GDS (certificate not mandatory).
Strong communication skills with C1 or B2 level English proficiency.
Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and 5.5 days a week.
Benefits
