Proactively engage with new and existing business clients to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions.
Create and manage customer quotations process orders and ensure a seamless sales process.
Build strong longterm relationships that result in repeat business and customer loyalty.
Deliver expert product advice to support commercial decisionmaking.
Maximise profit margins while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and client communications via CRM tools.
What You ll Need
Two years experience in B2B sales ideally in a retail or productbased environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Organised commercially minded and comfortable working to targets.
Strong computer literacy (CRM systems Microsoft Office etc.).
