CFO - Alchemy Holding

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the group s vision and growth objectives.
  

• Lead longterm financial planning and scenario modeling to ensure financial sustainability.
  

• Advise on investment decisions capital structure and optimal resource allocation.
  

• Design and maintain complex financial models for business evaluation new ventures and ongoing operations across all group companies.
  

• Collaborate with department and company heads to prepare business plans budgets and forecasts.
  

• Manage the group s overall cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
  

• Oversee treasury functions including working capital optimization banking relationships and financing arrangements.
  

• Provide centralized financial leadership and advisory to all companies under the holding structure.
  

• Ensure effective communication and coordination of financial operations between entities.
  

• Align groupwide financial reporting KPIs and internal controls.
  

• Identify and mitigate financial operational and strategic risks.
  

• Ensure compliance with all legal tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  

• Develop internal control systems and audit processes to safeguard assets.
  

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board offering insights on performance market opportunities and strategic direction.
  

• Evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives such as M&A restructuring and market expansion.
  

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements.
  

• Analyze financial results and key metrics to inform decisionmaking and performance improvement.
  

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across the group.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (Master s/MBA preferred).
  

• CPA CFA or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  

• Minimum of 10 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  

• Proven track record as CFO or Finance Director preferably in a holding/group structure or multientity organization.
  

• Experience with financial modeling cash flow management business advisory and strategic planning.
  

• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  

• Deep understanding of corporate finance financial forecasting and risk assessment.
  

• Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  

• High level of integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical standards.
