This is a remote position.

Are you obsessed with creating the perfect design for a game to hook a player with excitement

I m Max Hertan a serial entrepreneur living in LA. I ve taken companies from zero to $20M/year sold 3 companies founder of Vids Agency & hit $1M ARR in under 6 months multiple times.

Redesigning the first battle to be low-stakes, fast-paced, and incredibly fun Polishing the onboarding flow and opening cinematic (think Duolingo energy meets gothic mystery) Creating dopamine hits with micro-animations, loot reveals, and audio stingers Refining the combat screen layout for instant clarity and satisfaction Writing or advising on UI copy, mini-goals, and tutorials that get players hooked Running a UX audit with a walk-through video + actionable feedback
