Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to help shape exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business results. As a UX Designer you will be responsible for crafting intuitive usercentered designs across all digital touchpoints playing a critical role in the design and delivery of innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct heuristic evaluations of digital products to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
Define usercentered design principles and contribute to the creation of a cohesive digital style guide.
Design wireframes user flows and interaction models for multiple MVPs with a focus on usability and intuitive navigation.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams product engineering research and business to ensure alignment and feasibility of design solutions.
Support usability testing gather insights and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
Coach and empower teams in the principles and practices of UX design.
Maintain a strong understanding of our brand products and services to ensure design consistency across the digital ecosystem.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of humancentered design and design thinking methodologies.
Proven experience designing consumerfacing digital experiences that are both engaging and effective.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
Handson experience with user research usability testing and datadriven design decisionmaking.
Excellent collaboration communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and creative problemsolving abilities.
Band 8 (9 12 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role)
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
