Position Type: FullTime

Anytime Fitness is seeking a passionate driven and resultsoriented Club Manager to lead our team and grow our community. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impacthelping people change their lives while growing a thriving business.
What Youll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of personal trainers and office staff creating a positive and motivating club culture.
Drive Results: Hit monthly sales and membership goals through local outreach community involvement and inside sales efforts.
Member Experience: Ensure every member feels welcome supported and empowered in their fitness journey.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations staff scheduling cleanliness equipment maintenance and compliance.
Marketing & Community Engagement: Represent the Anytime Fitness brand in the community develop partnerships and promote club events.
Who You Are:
A natural leader with strong people skills and a teamfirst mentality
Salessavvy and motivated by goals growth and performance bonuses
Passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
Experienced in management or sales (fitness industry experience a plus)
Able to multitask prioritize and bring high energy every day
Certified in personal training or willing to obtain (preferred)
