We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team at Captura Hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications ensuring effective messaging and enhancing the overall brand presence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the companys communications strategy and corporate identity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
Coordinate the creation of press releases newsletters and other written content.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Organize and manage corporate events and public relations initiatives.
Maintain and update the companys communications materials and website content.
Build and maintain relationships with media and other key stakeholders.
Monitor media coverage and provide reports to management.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications public relations or a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
