We are looking for a dedicated and customerfocused Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone email or inperson to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Process customer requests and provide accurate product or service information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions to complaints or issues.
Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
