Captura Hall is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting internal and external communications drafting and editing content coordinating projects and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels (excluding social media).
Responsibilities
Develop write and edit internal communications press releases email newsletters and clientfacing materials
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather and distribute information effectively
Assist in managing company presentations documents and reports
Ensure all communications reflect the brand voice and company objectives
Maintain and organize communication records and materials
Support the planning and execution of companywide announcements and events
Monitor industry trends and assist in crafting appropriate messaging strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Experience working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
