We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Miami. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities establishing strong client relationships and supporting our overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate is resultsdriven analytical and confident in communicating with executives and decisionmakers.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research networking and outreach
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation and sales activities
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
