Were seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our highperforming People Team. Based in our brandnew Perth CBD office this is a dynamic highimpact role that offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering endtoend recruitment and mobilisation processes that directly support the success of our operations
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Specialist youll provide essential administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. You will support the entire candidate journeyfrom attraction and compliance to setting people up for success on Day 1 ensuring a smooth supportive process for every new starter.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS.
- Assist with initial phone screening during highvolume recruitment periods.
- Promote job vacancies on LinkedIn and Facebook with engaging brandaligned content.
- Prepare and send offers and employment contracts promptly.
- Track and update candidate progress throughout the recruitment process including key stages like reference checks medical results and offers.
- Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide general admin support to the Recruitment Specialist.
- Coordinate and complete onboarding tasks including the distribution of induction materials and ensuring new hires are set up for a smooth start.
Compliance & PreEmployment
- Schedule medicals and drug/alcohol testing; follow up on outstanding results.
- Issue and track psychometric assessments (e.g. Predictive Index).
- Follow up on outstanding compliance items (e.g. licences work rights).
- Ensure candidate records meet HR data privacy and compliance standards.
- Conduct reference checks and document outcomes.
Relocation Coordination
- Act as the primary owner of the relocation process serving as the subject matter expert and ensuring all activities are managed in line with the companys relocation policy.
- Liaise with relocating employees outlining required steps and tracking progress.
- Follow up on forms quotes and documentation to meet mobilisation timelines.
- Coordinate with site HR to ensure temporary accommodation availability.
- Track relocation expenses and maintain alignment with budget.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting recruitment within a lean fastpaced environmentideally as part of a broader HR or People Team function
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal
- A high level of discretion confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
